摘  要:目前水平井钻井技术应用非常广泛,在水平段注水泥塞也较为常见,但有时一次成功率往往不高。主要因为钻具在水平段紧贴井眼低边,水泥浆出管柱时易沿井眼和钻杆环空的高边上返,顶替效率不高,造成混浆多,难以到达侧钻的强度要求。同时由于水泥浆在水平状态时容易被置换,出现高边窜槽,也难以满足封固目的层的要求。其次,回填井段含有油气层,还要求水泥浆具有一定防窜能力,且不能污染产层。除此之外,流花油田由于水深较深,泥线温度低至8℃,还面临井眼不易清洁、固井循环温度不宜准确掌握等深水井作业难题。文章针对流花油田某井水平段注水泥塞作业难点,在综合考虑多种影响因素的情况下,采用PVI软件模拟循环温度,优化水泥浆配方和前置液性能,顶替时旋转钻具,清洗钻杆保持循环加压候凝等综合措施,优质、高效地完成2次水泥塞作业,最终质量满足了设计要求。At present,horizontal well drilling technology is widely used,and cement plug injection is common in horizontal section,but sometimes the success rate is not high.The main reason is that the drilling tool is close to the low side of the well hole in the horizontal section,and the cement slurry is easy to return along the high side of the hole and drill pipe annulus when the cement slurry is out of the pipe string,which makes the slurry mixing more and difficult to meet the strength requirements of the sidetrack drilling.At the same time,because the cement slurry is easily replaced in the horizontal state,there is a high side channeling,which is difficult to meet the requirements of the sealing target layer.Secondly,the backfill well section contains oil and gas reservoir,and requires cement slurry to have certain anti channeling ability and cannot pollute the production layer.In addition,Liuhua oilfield is faced with the problems of well operation such as the deep water depth and the mud line temperature as low as 8℃,and the well bore is not easy to clean and the cementing cycle temperature is not suitable for accurate grasp.In this paper,the difficulty ofinjection cement plug in a horizontal section of a well in Liuhua oilfield is analyzed.Under the condition of considering various factors,PVI software is used to simulate the circulating temperature,optimize the cement slurry formula and the performance of the prepositive fluid,rotate the drilling tool during displacement,clean the drill pipe and keep the cyclic pressure waiting for setting.The two cement plug operations are completed with high quality and high efficiency.The final quality meets the design requirements.
