摘　　要：运用特尔非法、文献资料分析法、比较分析法等研究方法,对河北省高校体育专业健美操专修课程进行分析,找出与市场需求存在的差异,从培养复合型健美操专业人才的角度进行探索与思考。研究认为,河北省健美操专业人才的市场需求主要来自于健身俱乐部、大众健身指导和学校体育三方面。课程主要从培养目标、课程内容、教学方法、教学手段和课程考核与评价五个方面进行改革创新,从而提高学生综合能力,满足市场对人才的需求。This paper uses literature analysis,comparative analysis,expert interview and other research methods to analyze the aerobics courses of physical education specialty in colleges and universities in Hebei province,to find out the difference between them and the market demand,and to explore and think from the perspective of cultivating compound aerobics professionals.The research shows that the market demand of aerobics professionals in Hebei province mainly comes from three aspects:fitness clubs,public fitness guidance and school sports.The calisthenics specialized course mainly carries on the reform and innovation from five aspects:the course cultivation objective,the course content,the teaching method,the teaching means and the course examination and evaluation,enhances the student's comprehensive ability,satisfies the society's demand of the calisthenics specialized personnel.
