摘　　要：Objective To investigate the relationship between proinsulin (PI),true insulin (TI) and insulin resistance(IR) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM).Methods A total of 107 T2DM hospitalized patients were selected.They were divided into three groups randomly,including normal weight group (NW,n=36),overweight group (OW,n=39) and obesity group (OB,n=32).
