摘  要:为了缩短车身前部装配尺寸链,提高白车身定位孔的相对位置精度,阐述了一种白车身在线激光切割方案。通过视觉机器人在线测量车身侧围定位孔位置,经过计算机处理,引导激光切割机器人到达定位孔位置完成切割。测量系统采用温度补偿方式降低机器人和环境温度的变化对测量结果的影响,利用隔震地坪防止车间震动对测量系统产生影响。该方案预留了柔性化改造空间,可以满足不同尺寸和形状定位孔的切割需求,无需增加硬件,调试周期短,成本低。An online laser cutting scheme for body-in-white is presented to shorten the dimension chain of body front parts and improve the relative position accuracy of locating holes.The vision robot is used to measure the position of locating holes on the body side.After computer processing,the laser cutting robot is guided to reach the position of holes and complete the cutting.Temperature compensation method is adopted to reduce the influence of robot and environmental temperature changes on measurement results,and the isolation floor is used to prevent the impact on measurement system from work shop vibration.The scheme reserves space for flexible modification,can meet the cutting requirements of different sizes and shapes of locating holes,no need to add hardware,shorten debugging cycle and low cost.
