摘　　要：文章针对三相异步电动机电流过大故障的主要原因进行了分析,介绍了故障排查方法,通过试验验证了转轴材料导磁性对电流的影响程度,更换转轴材料后顺利排除了故障。This article analyzes the main reasons for the excessive current failure of a three-phase asynchronous motor,introduces the troubleshooting method,and verifies the influence of the magnetic permeability of the shaft material on the motor current through experiments.The fault is smoothly eliminated after replacing the shaft material.
