摘  要:在化学品船试航返航后,对特涂货油舱锈点进行检查,对于出现锈点区域进行打磨,按特涂要求,当打磨区域深度大于0.5 mm时,需要进行补焊。为了减少补焊对背面油漆影响和提高修补质量,经过查阅相关资料分析,采用焊条电弧焊和手工钨极氩弧焊2种方法修补较为合适。文章为了找出更为合适的修补焊接方法,对以上2种方法进行焊接试验,测试焊接热输入、焊缝硬度值和背面油漆受热温度影响。通过试验数据对比,找出了手工钨极氩弧焊为最优修补方法,通过实船应用,有效解决了修补后的焊缝质量和背面油漆受热问题,满足设计使用要求。After the chemical tanker's trial voyage and return,the rust spots on the special coated cargo tanks of Mainline will be inspected,and the rust spots will be polished.According to the special coating requirements,when the depth of the polished area is greater than 0.5mm,repair welding is required.In order to reduce the influence of repair welding on the back paint and improve the quality of repair,after consulting relevant data and analysis,two methods of repairing using electrode arc welding and manual tungsten arc welding are more appropriate.In order to find a more suitable repair welding method,the above two methods were tested to test the welding heat input,the hardness value of the weld and the heat temperature of the back paint.Through the comparison of test data,it was found that manual argon arc welding was the best repair method.Through actual ship application,it effectively solved the problem of weld quality after repair and heating of the back paint,meeting the design and use requirements.
