摘  要:文章对液压联轴器轴段划痕进行了分析,提出了倒圆角及车除2种修复方案,建立了轴段修复方案仿真分析模型;对液压联轴器轴段有限元加载进行了研究,提出了各修复方案的网格、边界条件及与实际工作状态相一致的加载方法;对多方案轴段应力分析比较,最终确定了对划痕处倒圆角5 mm修复方案。该修复方案能有效地减小轴段因划痕缺陷导致的应力集中,且能缩短维修时间,符合工程要求。This article analyzes the scratches on the shaft section of the hydraulic coupling,and proposes two repair schemes of rounding and turning,and establishes a simulation analysis model of the shaft section repair scheme;loads the finite element of the shaft section of the hydraulic coupling.Research was carried out,and the grids,boundary conditions and loading methods consistent with the actual working conditions of each repair plan were put forward;the stress analysis and comparison of the shaft section of the multi-plans were carried out,and the repair plan was finally determined for the rounded corner of the scratch with 5 mm.The repair plan can effectively reduce the stress concentration caused by scratches in the shaft section,and can shorten the repair time,which meets the engineering requirements.
