进口旧鼓粉盒固体废物属性鉴别探讨

摘　　要：我国是打印耗材产品的生产大国,其中供应了全球40.1%以上的再生激光碳粉盒组件,每年从国外进口大量的激光碳粉盒回收组件进行再生。然而,对激光鼓粉盒回收组件的固体废物属性需要通过专门的鉴别才能确认,本文结合两个进口"旧鼓粉盒"的实例,对该样品的固体废物属性进行探讨,提出"旧鼓粉盒"固体废物属性鉴别的基本流程。China is a large country in the production of printing supplies products,which supply more than 40.1%of the world’s recycled laser toner cartridge components,each year from abroad imported a large number of laser toner cartridge recycling components for regeneration.However,the solid waste properties of the laser toner cartridge recovery components need to be confirmed by special identification.In this paper,the solid waste properties of imported"old toner cartridges"were discussed with two examples,and the basic process of identifying the solid waste properties of the"old toner cartridge"was proposed.
