摘 要:针对船用起重机在海上作业时吊重产生大幅度的摇摆而无法精准定位的问题,建立了一种配备牵引索式减摇装置的船用起重机吊重系统动力学模型,提出基于线速度追踪的牵引系统恒张力控制方法,应用Matlab/Simulink对中小型和大型船用起重机的动力学特性进行仿真分析,发现吊重系统在受到外界激励时的不对称摆动现象,得到吊重系统的摆动特性以及减摇装置牵引系统的张力输出特性。通过研究初步证明了减摇装置的有效性,相比于无减摇装置情况加装牵引索式减摇装置后吊重摇摆幅值减小70%以上,并通过相同条件下的仿真和试验对比分析证明了模型的准确性。论文研究结果对牵引索式减摇装置的实船应用具有一定指导意义。A dynamic model of marine crane payload system equipped with tagline type of anti-swing device was established.A constant tension control method for the tagline system was proposed based on linear velocity tracking.Matlab/Simulink was used to simulate dynamic characteristics of small,medium and large marine cranes,and asymmetric swing under external excitation was observed,and effectiveness of the anti-swing device was preliminarily proved.Compared with the scenario without anti-swing device,swing amplitude of the payload was reduced by more than 70%in the scenario with the tagline type of anti-swing device,and accuracy of the model was proved by the comparative simulation and experiment.The results have certain guiding significance for engineering application to onboard ships with tagline type of anti-swing device.
