摘　　要：习近平总书记关于扶志和扶智的重要论述蕴含着丰富的马克思主义哲学原理。深刻把握劳动是人的本质这个前提,坚持一切从实际出发,发挥社会意识对社会存在的反作用,运用内因决定外因的基本原理,坚持用发展的眼光看待问题。从具体实践来看,要尊重已脱贫群众的主体地位和首创精神,找准扶志和扶智工作中存在的问题,激发已脱贫群众发展的内生动力,弘扬伟大脱贫攻坚精神,把扶志和扶智结合起来,加大教育帮扶力度,阻断贫困代际传递,实现脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴有效衔接。General Secretary Xi Jinping's important exposition on fostering aspiration and wisdom implicates rich philosophical principles of Marxism,as we hold that labor is the essential attribute of human beings,based on reality in doing everything,give play to the reaction of social consciousness on social existenceon,use the basic principle that internal causes determine external causes,and view with a developing insight.In practice,we should respect the subjective consciousness and pioneering spirit of the people lifted out of poverty,make clear the problems in fostering the aspiration and wisdom of the impoverished,and motivate their capacity for self-development.We should carry forward the spirit of poverty alleviation,help the poor to acquire knowledge and arouse their aspiration,provide greater support in education,break the intergenerational transmission of poverty,and ensure a smooth transition from poverty alleviation to rural revitalization.
