摘　　要：非密闭原油集输方式成本较高,主要原因是用工支出较多、运费偏高、油量损失过大、铅封消耗量过多,只有加强过程监控才可以降低生产成本。采用信息技术手段,在拉油点、拉运车辆、卸油站均安装测控装置,在监控中心设置后台系统,通过视频自动识别拉运车辆,并联动控制鹤管阀门电子锁;采用电子铅封替换一次性铅封;采用GPS+北斗双重定位方式全程跟踪行车路线,并精确计算运费;通过对装、卸油量精确对比来判断油量损失,并在运输过程对液位实时监控等方法,实现非密闭原油集输各个环节的精准监控。该技术提高了非密闭原油集输监控的实效性,节省了用工数量,减少了丢油事件。The main reasons for the high cost of unsealed crude oil gathering and transportation are more labor expenditure,higher freight,too much oil loss and too much lead seal consumption.Only by strengthening process monitoring and control can the production cost be reduced.By means of information technology,measurement and control devices are installed at oil hauling points,vehicles and oil unloading stations;and backstage system is set up in the monitoring center to automatically identify vehicles and control electronic lock of crane valve through video;electronic lead seal is used to replace one-time lead seal;GPS+Beidou dual positioning mode is used to track the whole driving route and accurately calculate the freight;the oil loss can be determined by accurate comparison of loading and unloading oil quantities,and the liquid level can be monitored in real time during transportation,so as to realize the accurate control of all links of unsealed crude oil gathering and transportation.The technology improves the effectiveness of unsealed crude oil gathering and transportation control,saves the number of labor,and curbs oil theft.
