摘　　要：API认证是石油天然气行业非常重要的认证,通常分为API会标使用权认证、API Q1及API Q2体系认证。API现场审核人员为国内一些检验机构的签约审核员或API注册的独立审核员;而评审不符合项关闭的人员则为API总部的人员(一般至少经过专业组、评审组及质量委员会三道评审)。纯粹的美国质量管理体系理念,加上API业务量多,时间观念强,以至很多企业在不符合项关闭上需要花费半年及一年以上的时间,通过多次整改不符合项,才能完全符合API的要求,从而关闭不符合项。根据二十多年质量管理工作经验,结合质量管理理念,按照API整改的要求,形成了一套整改思路和方案,从而避免审核中出现不符合项,解决不符合项整改关闭问题。API certification is an important certification in the oil and gas industry,which is usually divided into the certification of API Monogram use right and the certification of API Q1 and API Q2 systems.The on-site API auditors are generally the contract auditors of some domestic inspection institutions(such as Intertek)or the independent auditors registered in API,while the personnel who as⁃sess closure of unqualified items are those of API headquarters(generally at least reviewed by the professional group,review group and quality committee).The concept of pure American quality management system,as well as large API business volume and strong sense of time makes many enterprises need to spend half a year to more than a year on the closure of the non-conforming items.Only by re⁃peatedly rectifying the non-conforming items can fully meet the requirements of API and are closed.Based on more than 20 years of ex⁃perience in quality management,combined with the quality management concept,according to the requirements of API rectification,the author has formed a set of rectification ideas and plans,so as to avoid the non-conforming items in the audit and solve the rectifica⁃tion and closure of non-conforming items.
