摘  要:渤海油田注水井长期注水后效果不佳,需要通过压裂提高注水能力。常规压裂工艺起下管柱时间长、作业费用高,为此设计了一种注水井不动管柱微压裂工艺。关键工具是一种新型井口保护器,其上部连接压裂管线,下部连接油管挂,压裂液不经过采油树,直接进入注水管柱。不动管柱微压裂工艺在F8等井成功应用,准备时间1 h,作业时间12 h,节省了150 h,地层吸水指数增加8.2~9.4倍。不动管柱微压裂工艺可大幅度缩短压裂作业时间,提高注水能力,为渤海油田增产增注提供保障。In Bohai oilfield,the water injection capacity of water injection wells need to be improved by fracturing operation after long term water injection.The conventional fracturing operation takes a long time to trip the string,and the operation cost is high.For this reason,a micro-fracturing technology without tripping string is proposed.A kind of wellhead protector is designed.The upper part of the protector is connected with the fracturing pipeline,and the lower part is connected with the tubing hanger.The fracturing fluid di⁃rectly enters the water injection string without passing through the Christmas tree.The micro-fracturing technology without tripping string has been successfully applied to some wells such as F8.The preparation time of fracturing operation is 1 h,the fracturing opera⁃tion time is 12 hours,the operation time is saved 150 hours,and the formation water absorption index increases by 8.2~9.4 times.The micro-fracturing technology without tripping string can greatly reduce the fracturing operation time,improve the water injection capaci⁃ty of water injection wells,and provide guarantee for increasing production and injection in Bohai oilfield.
