解决砖瓦隧道窑预热带砖坯温差问题的研究探讨

摘　　要：测量了砖瓦隧道窑预热带上、中、下层及两侧砖坯实际温度,描述了存在温度差异的砖坯状态,指出了温差问题对成品砖质量及生产成本的影响,分析了隧道窑预热带出现温差问题的原因,提出了设置预热带烟道和气幕扰流装置的技术方案,介绍了该方案的工程结构特点、工作原理、注意事项以及解决预热带砖坯温差问题的作用和意义。The actual temperature of the bricks on the upper,middle and lower layers and on both sides of the preheating zone of the brick tunnel kiln is measured,the state of the bricks with temperature differences was described,the influence of the temperature difference on the quality and production cost of the finished bricks is pointed out,and the preheating of the tunnel kiln is analyzed.The reason for the temperature difference in the belt is proposed.The technical plan for setting up the preheating flue and the air curtain spoiler device is proposed.The engineering structure characteristics,working principle,precautions of the plan are introduced,as well as the function and significance of solving the temperature difference problem of the preheating brick.
