摘 要:高压无功补偿装置是用于配电系统中起到降低变压器及配电线路损耗,改善电压质量的设备。某采油厂早期高压无功补偿装置存在无法实时监控基础信息,投运率不能保证,处理配电线路故障时导致停电时间过长,节能效果差等问题。2018年开始建立高压无功补偿远程控制系统,建立后台监控系统,实现远程功能。通过安装高压无功补偿远程控制装置,提高了线路的功率因数和设备利用率,提高降损节电的效果,平均每年节约466.93余万元。High-voltage reactive power compensation device is used in the distribution system to reduce the loss of transformers and distribution lines,improve the quality of the voltage equipment.The early high-voltage reactive power compensation device of a oil production plant has problems such as inability to monitor basic information in real time,unguaranteed operation rate,long outage time and poor energy saving effect when dealing with distribution line faults.In2018,the remote control system of high voltage reactive power compensation was established,and the background monitoring system was established to realize the remote function.Through the installation of high voltage reactive power compensation remote control device,the power factor and equipment utilization rate of the line are improved,and the effect of loss reduction and power saving is improved.The average annual saving is more than 4669300 yuan.
