摘 要:针对江苏油区环保要求高、联38块钻井投资高等问题,采用井工厂模式和整体优化设计技术、井身结构优化技术、优选个性化PDC钻头+长寿命等壁厚螺杆+高压喷射技术、复杂井眼轨迹降摩减阻以及环保淀粉基钻井液体系等系列技术,形成了适合于江苏油田的高效开发技术集成。应用表明:联38块实钻机械钻速最快达22.44 m/h。其中,联38-11节约钻井周期41天,节约永久征地7.5亩,节约柴油100 t,减少氮氧化物排放6.28 t,减少二氧化硫排放0.4 t,累计节约投资913万元,为东部老油田低成本高效开发提供了新思路。In view of high environmental requirements for Jiangsu oil region,unit 38 black of drilling investment is high,A series of technologies,such as well factory mode,overall optimization design technology,well structure optimization technology,optimized personalized PDC bit+long-life constant wall thickness screw+high pressure injection technology,complex well trajectory friction reduction and drag reduction,and environmental friendly starch based drilling fluid system,have been adopted to form an efficient development technology integration suitable for Jiangsu oilfield.It shows that,the actual drilling speed of the Unit 38 block is as fast as 22.44 m/h.Unit 38-11 saved 41 days of drilling cycle,7.5 acres of land of permanent land acquisition,100 t of diesel oil,6.28 t of nitrogen oxide emission and 0.4 t of sulfur dioxide emission,which saved an accumulated investment of 9.13 million yuan and provided a new idea for low-cost and efficient development of old oilfields in the east.
