摘 要:用快速沉淀法合成了一种金属偶氮类框架材料(Zn-MAF-6),并用傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对合成的Zn-MAF-6材料进行了表征。用Zn-MAF-6构建碳糊修饰电极,研究其对Pb^(2+)的灵敏检测,探究缓冲溶液pH值、富集时间、富集电位等对测定的影响。结果表明:Zn-MAF-6修饰碳糊电极在0.2 mol·L^(-1) HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液(pH=4.8)中,于-1.2 V处富集200 s,溶出峰电流和Pb^(2+)在0.1~1.0μmol·L^(-1)范围内呈良好的线性关系(R2=0.99),检出限为2.35 nmol·L^(-1)。该修饰电极具有良好的抗干扰性和重现性,为Pb^(2+)的灵敏测定提供了一种新的视角。A metal azolate frameworks(Zn-MAF-6)was prepared by a quick homogeneous precipitation method.Zn-MAF-6 was characterized by the Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),X-ray diffraction(XRD),and scanning electron microscope(SEM).A Zn-MAF-6 modified carbon paste electrode was constructed for sen-sitive detection of Pb^(2+).The influence of pH,accumulation potential and accumulation time was investigated.The results show that Zn-MAF-6 modified carbon paste electrode exhibited a high sensitivity for the detection of Pb^(2+)under the optimal conditions due to the large specific surface area and high porosity properties of Zn-MAF-6.In 0.2 mol·L^(-1) HAc-NaAc(pH=4.8)buffer solution,a good linear relationship between the peak current of Pb^(2+)and its concentration was obtained in the range of 0.1~1.0μmol·L^(-1)(R2=0.99)when Zn-MAF-6 modified carbon paste electrode was accumulated at-1.2 V for 200 s,and the detection limit was calculated as 2.35 nmol·L^(-1).The Zn-MAF-6 modified electrode possessed outstanding stability and selectivity,and was suitable for the determination of Pb^(2+)in real samples.
