摘 要:为研究水污染对润滑油性能的影响,通过点接触光干涉试验得到充分供油、轻微乏油及严重乏油3种润滑状态下的油膜光干涉图和膜厚形状曲线,研究游离水对接触区油润滑润滑性能的影响。结果表明:在充分供油条件下,游离水对点接触润滑油膜厚度的影响不大,主要影响中心膜厚;在乏油润滑状态下,游离水对点接触润滑油膜厚度有增益效果;但3种润滑状态下,游离水都会使气穴区边界变得模糊不清,提高了油润滑的弹流润滑性能。In order to study the influence of water pollution on the lubricating performance of lubricating oil,through the point contact light interference test,the profiles of film thickness and the interferogram pattern under three lubrication conditions of fully flooded condition,slight oil starvation and severe oil starvation were obtained,and the influence of free water on the lubrication performance of the oil in the contact area was studied.The results show that,under fully flooded condition,free water has little effect on the film thickness of the point contact,which mainly affects the central film thickness.Under the condition of oil starvation,free water has an advantage effect on the film thickness of the point contact.However,under three lubrication conditions,the boundary of the cavitation zone becomes blurred and elastohydrodynamic lubrication performance of oil lubricant is enhanced due to the free water.
