摘 要:为改善低黏度PAO15润滑油的摩擦学性能,通过水热法制备球形与花状MoS2颗粒,采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)与扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对所制备的MoS2颗粒进行表征。制备球形与花状MoS2改性的PAO15油,利用四球摩擦试验机对比研究2种形貌MoS2在不同用量条件下对PAO15油摩擦学性能的影响。采用光学显微镜、表面轮廓仪、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)与能谱仪(EDS)对磨痕表面进行表征。结果表明:制备的球形与花状MoS2晶型均较好地符合MoS2的晶型,掺杂至PAO15油中均能够提升其摩擦学性能,使其摩擦因数降低;随着MoS2颗粒添加量的增加,PAO15油摩擦学性能有所提升,在质量分数为1.0%时达到最优;花状MoS2具有更大的比表面积,其对PAO15油抗磨损性能的提升优于球形MoS2,形成的转移膜能够更好地起到隔离摩擦表面的作用。In order to improve the tribological properties of low viscosity PAO15 lubricants,spherical and flower-shaped MoS2 particles were prepared by hydrothermal method,and the prepared MoS2 particles were characterized by X-ray diffractometer(XRD)and scanning electron microscope(SEM).Spherical and flower-shaped MoS2 modified PAO15 oils were prepared,and the four-ball friction tester was used to compare the influence of the two morphologies of MoS2 on the tribological properties of PAO15 oil under different contents.The wear scar surface of the steel ball was characterized by optical microscope,surface profilometer,scanning electron microscope(SEM)and energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS).The results show that the prepared spherical and flower-shaped MoS2 crystal forms are in line with the crystal form of MoS2,which can improve the tribological properties and reduce the friction coefficient of PAO15 oil.With the increase of the MoS2 particles added amount,the tribological performance of PAO15 oil is improved,and the optimal amount is mass fraction 1.0%.The flower-shaped MoS2 has a larger specific surface area,and its anti-wear performance in PAO15 oil is better than that of the spherical MoS2,the transfer film formed by it can better isolate the friction surface.
