摘　　要：本文结合遥感数据和地理信息系统技术建立中国十大国家级城市群指标格网化数据集,运用模糊集合思想和ANN算法构建了城市群高质量发展水平测度指标体系,通过用GIS软件合成十大国家级城市群高质量发展水平栅格数据集,利用探索性分析工具分析城市群高质量发展水平的时空演变和城市群之间、城市群内部的空间关联性。研究发现,近年来中国十大国家级城市群高质量发展水平一直稳步提高,但不同城市群之间的高质量发展水平差异较大,两极分化严重。城市群内部的中心城市与周边城市形成了显著的发展落差。十大国家级城市群在经济发展、基础设施、资源环境、社会发展四个层面的得分与高质量发展水平的总体得分大体一致,但也具有一定的不均衡性。珠江三角洲、长江三角洲城市群内部的正关联性显著,兰西城市群内部具有显著的负关联性,其余城市群内部的关联性不显著。This paper combines remote sensing data and Geographic Information System(GIS) technology to establish a gridded dataset of indicators for China.s ten national city clusters, and constructs a system of indicators for measuring the highquality development level of city clusters using fuzzy aggregation and ANN algorithm. This paper uses GIS software to synthesize a raster dataset of the quality development level of the ten national city clusters, and uses exploratory analysis tools to analyze the spatial and temporal evolution of the quality development level of city clusters and the spatial correlation among and within city clusters. The study found that the level of high-quality development in China.s ten national city clusters has been steadily improving in recent years, but the level of high-quality development varies widely between different city clusters, with serious polarization. Meanwhile, there is a significant development gap between the central cities within the city clusters and the surrounding cities. The scores of the ten major city clusters in the four aspects of economic development, infrastructure,resources and environment, and social development are generally consistent with the overall scores of high-quality development level, but there is also a certain unevenness. The positive correlation within the Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River Delta city clusters are significant, while the negative correlation within the Lanxi city cluster is significant, and the correlation within the remaining city clusters are not significant.
