地塞米松两种给药方法治疗分泌性中耳炎的有效性及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的分析地塞米松两种给药方法治疗分泌性中耳炎的有效性及安全性。方法160例分泌性中耳炎患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组80例。对照组给予经鼓膜穿刺地塞米松治疗,观察组给予经咽鼓管地塞米松治疗。比较两组治疗效果、不良反应发生率、复发率、鼓室积液发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的87.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为2.50%,低于对照组的12.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组复发率和鼓室积液发生率分别为1.25%、1.25%,均低于对照组的8.75%、10.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予分泌性中耳炎患者经咽鼓管地塞米松治疗能够显著提升临床治疗效果,降低不良反应发生率、复发率、鼓室积液发生率,安全性高,具有临床推广应用价值。Objective To analyze the effectiveness and safety of two administration methods of dexamethasone on secretory otitis media.Methods A total of 160 patients with secretory otitis media were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was treated with dexamethasone through tympanic membrane puncture,and the observation group was treated with dexamethasone through eustachian tube.The therapeutic effect,occurrence of adverse reactions,recurrence rate,and incidence of tympanic effusion were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%,which was higher than 87.50%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 2.50%,which was lower than 12.50%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate and incidence of tympanic effusion of the observation group were 1.25%and 1.25%,which were lower than 8.75%and 10.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dexamethasone through eustachian tube can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of patients with secretory otitis media,reduce incidence of adverse reactions,recurrence rate,incidence of tympanic effusion with high safety.It contains clinical promotion and application value.
