摘　　要：岩大戟内酯B(Jolkinolide B,JB)是狼毒大戟主要化学成分之一。狼毒大戟临床上用于治疗肿瘤已有悠久历史,其抗肿瘤成分不断被发现。近年来,岩大戟内酯B的抗肿瘤活性受到广泛关注。实验研究表明,JB可诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、抑制肿瘤细胞增殖,可通过改变细胞膜的结构和功能影响DNA和RNA的合成以及改变细胞周期分布等多条途径发挥抗肿瘤作用。通过查阅国内外相关文献报道,综述了JB抗肿瘤作用机制的研究进展。Jolkinolide B(JB)is the main component of Euphorbia fischeriana Steud.Euphorbia fischeriana Steud has been used in the treatment of tumor for a long time,and its antitumor components have been continuously discovered.The antitumor activity of Jolkinolide B has received widespread attention.Experimental studies have shown that JB can induce tumor cell apoptosis and inhibit tumor cell proliferation,and can exert antitumor effects by changing the structure and function of cell membranes,affecting DNA and RNA synthesis,and changing cell cycle distribution.By reviewing relevant literature reports at home and abroad,the research progress on the anti-tumor mechanism of JB was reviewed.
