临床医技人员科研需求现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨临床医技人员的科研需求现状及影响因素。方法选取2019年7~12月首都医科大学附属北京妇产医院在职的临床医技人员250名为研究对象,通过问卷调查获取科研需求,对选择构成比≥70%的条目进行分析。结果首都医科大学附属北京妇产医院临床医技人员存在时间和精力、科研平台、科研设计、科研方法学培训、缺乏思路以及选题6个方面的需求;年龄、职称和职业是其主要的影响因素。结论医院应该从科研培训体系、青年人才培养、学科带头人、提供科研时间等方面着手,满足科研需求,积极提升医院科研水平。Objective To explore the current situation and influencing factors of scientific research demand of clinical medical technicians.Methods A total of 250 clinical and technical personnel in Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital,Capital Medical University from July to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects.The research demand were obtained through questionnaire survey,and the items with composition ratio≥70%were selected for analysis.Results The clinical medical technicians in Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital,Capital Medical University had the requirements of time and energy,scientific research platform,scientific research design,scientific research methodology training,lack of ideas and topic selection.Age,professional title and occupation were the main influencing factors.Conclution Hospitals should start from the research training system,young talent training,discipline leaders,research time and other aspects to meet the demand of scientific research,and actively improve the level of scientific research in hospitals.
