摘 要:探讨中间锦鸡儿对猪毛蒿植株化感影响中的氮素调控内因,为荒漠草原区生态恢复与草原可持续利用提供理论依据和实践指导。通过室外模拟低氮(A,14 g·m^(−2))、中氮(B,28 g·m^(−2))、高氮(C,42 g·m^(−2))3个施氮水平,对比有无中间锦鸡儿浸提液处理条件下,猪毛蒿植株的生长变化及各器官氮素含量变化,探讨不同供氮水平下中间锦鸡儿(Caragana intermedia)茎叶浸提液对猪毛蒿的化感影响。结果表明,不同供氮水平与浸提液两因素交互作用对猪毛蒿株高和地径都无显著影响(P>0.05),但对冠幅增长率产生显著影响(P<0.05)。中等氮素有利于株高增长率和冠幅增长率的增加;不同施氮水平与浸提液两因素作用下,对猪毛蒿根生物量干质量较对茎叶和果的生物量干质量影响大,对猪毛蒿茎叶和果实生物量干质量无显著影响(P>0.05),对猪毛蒿植株的根冠比无显著影响(P>0.05);不同供氮水平与浸提液对猪毛蒿不同器官含氮量的影响中,加浸提液处理高于不加浸提液处理,在茎叶和果实中更为显著。浸提液对猪毛蒿的根、茎叶和果实含氮量都产生促进作用。The purpose of this study was to explore the internal factors of nitrogen regulation in the allelopathy of Caragana intermedia on Artemisia scoparia plants,so as to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the ecological restoration and sustainable utilization of grassland in desert steppe area.The effects of low nitrogen(A,14 g·m^(−2)),medium nitrogen(B,28 g·m^(−2))and high nitrogen(C,42 g·m^(−2))on the allelopathy of stem and leaf extract of Caragana intermedia on Artemisia scoparia were studied by outdoor simulation.The results showed that the interaction of different nitrogen levels and extracts had no significant effect on plant height and ground diameter(P>0.05),but had significant effect on the growth rate of crown width(P<0.05).Medium nitrogen was beneficial to the increase of plant height growth rate and crown growth rate.Under the action of different nitrogen application level and extraction solution,the dry weight of Artemisia scoparia root was more important than that of stem,leaf and fruit.There was no significant effect on dry weight of stem,leaf and fruit biomass(P>0.05),and no significant effect on root shoot ratio(P>0.05).Among the effects of different nitrogen supply levels and extracts on nitrogen content of different organs,the treatment with extracts was higher than that without extracts,especially in stem,leaf and fruit.The nitrogen content in root,stem,leaf and fruit of Artemisia scoparia is promoted by the extract.
