济宁市某区2~6岁儿童乙肝血清学定量检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的调查本区2~6岁儿童乙肝病毒血清学标志物分布情况,分析不同性别、不同年龄组儿童乙肝抗体水平,为完善本地区乙肝免疫防治措施提供科学依据。方法选取2018年8月至2020年8月,在济宁市妇幼保健院儿保科就诊的2~6岁本地区常住儿童,共2706例为调查对象,采集2mL静脉血,采用化学发光法检测肝功、乙肝五项。结果本地区2~6岁儿童乙肝五项阳性率分别为HBsAg 0.11%,抗-HBs 80.97%,HBeAg 0.11%,抗-HBe 0.00%,抗-HBc 0.44%,乙肝病毒感染尚未引起肝功能损害。乙肝五项的阳性率男女比较差异均无显著性,抗-HBs不同应答水平男女比较无显著性差异,随着年龄增长,抗-HBs水平逐渐降低、无应答率增加。结论本地区儿童乙肝防治工作较为满意,男女抗-HBs阳性率比较无显著性差异,抗-HBs水平随年龄增加而逐渐降低,需及时进行乙肝五项检测,对高危儿童及时进行强化免疫。Objective:To investigate the distribution of serological markers for hepatitis B(HBV)among local children aged 2 to 6 years,so that it provide scientific basis of children’s immune prevention and treatment measures of hepatitis B in kindergarten.Methods:2mL venous blood was collected and was used to detect liver function and five items of hepatitis B by chemiluminescence method.To analyze the above results among children aged 2 to 6 years in local hospital from August 2018 to August 2020.To compare the level of hepatitis B surface antibody(anti-HBs)for children of different ages and genders.Results:Totally 2706 cases were included in the survey,and the positive rates were:HBsAg 0.11%,anti-HBs 80.97%,HBeAg 0.11%,anti-HBe 0.00%,anti-HBc 0.44%.There was no significant difference not only the positive rate of serological markers for hepatitis B but also anti-HBs response level between boys and girls.With the increase of age,the level of anti-HBs gradually decreased and the rate of non-response increased.Conclusion:The prevention and treatment of hepatitis B among children in this district is satisfied.The level of anti-HBs decreases gradually with the increase of age.The test of serological markers for hepatitis B should be carried out in time,in order to enhance immunization of high-risk children timely.
