摘　　要：和田黑鸡是新疆和田地区非常优质的一种肉质兼用型品种鸡,有尼雅黑鸡和洛浦黑鸡之称。这种鸡的肉质非常鲜嫩可口,还有保健的功效,具有一定的抗逆抗病性、耐粗饲、抗高温等特点,因此,和田黑鸡的养殖越来越规模化。介绍和田黑鸡的养殖技术,同时,阐述新疆地区如何通过发展和田黑鸡养殖助推精准扶贫。Hetian Black Chicken is a kind of meat-quality dual-purpose chicken in Hetian area of Xinjiang,which is known as Niya Black Chicken and Luopu Black Chicken.The meat quality of this kind of chicken is very fresh and delicious,but also has the effect of health care,the most important thing is that it has a certain resistance to stress and disease,rough feeding,high temperature and other characteristics,so the breeding of Hetian black chicken is becoming more and more large-scale.This paper introduces the breeding technology of Hetian black chicken,and also expounds how to promote accurate poverty alleviation through the development of Hetian black chicken breeding in Xinjiang.
