摘 要:随着城市化的迅速发展,为了满足建筑地基承载力要求,常用桩基作为地基处理形式。在新建建筑桩基施工过程中,必定会对周围毗邻的建筑物、构筑物等产生不同程度影响。研究沉桩过程中振动波及挤土效应的作用机理、影响因素,从振害防治、挤土效应预防、土钉墙止水帷幕等方面提出控制措施。With the rapid development of urbanization,pile foundation is often used as the foundation treatment in order to meet the requirements of building foundation bearing capacity.In the process of pile foundation construction of new building,it is bound to influence the adjacent buildings and structures in different degrees.This paper studies the mechanism and influencing factors of vibration and soil squeezing effect in the process of pile driving,and puts forward the control measures from the aspects of vibration damage prevention,soil squeezing effect prevention,soil nailing wall sealing curtain and so on.
