摘  要:目的:建立毛细管柱气相色谱法测定蔬菜中64种有机磷农药含量的快速检测方法。方法:以4种有机磷农药为检测对象,通过提取蔬菜中农药残留,GC-FPD测定蔬菜中4种有机磷农药的含量。结果:在0.050~0.500μg·mL^(-1)浓度范围内,农药残留浓度与峰面积具有良好的相关性,加标回收率为81.0%~115.8%,精密度(RSD)为1.0%~8.7%。结论:样品前处理过程简单,对测定农残组分的选择性和回收率均能够达到痕量分析要求,适合于大量样品检测。Objective:To establish a rapid detection method for the determination of 64 organophosphorus pesticides in vegetables by capillary column gas chromatography.Method:Taking 4 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides as the test objects,the content of 4 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides in vegetables was determined by GC-FPD,by extracting pesticide residues in vegetables.Results:Within the concentration range of 0.050~0.500μg·mL^(-1),the pesticide residue concentration had a good correlation with the peak area.The standard addition recovery was 81.0%~115.8%,and the precision(RSD)was 1.0%~8.7%.Conclusion:The sample pretreatment process is simple,and the selectivity and recovery rate for the determination of pesticide residues can meet the requirements of trace analysis,which is suitable for the detection of a large number of samples.
