摘  要:针对砂轮磨损量检测问题,提出一种基于激光三角法原理的砂轮磨损量检测方法,并搭建了一套实验检测系统。实验结果表明,该方法能够对磨床砂轮磨损量进行非接触检测,测量范围大,整周期测量时,其线性度小于0.6%。该方法操作简单,可应用于实际生产中。Aiming at the problem of detecting the wear of the grinding wheel,a method of detecting the wear of the grinding wheel based on the principle of laser triangulation is proposed,and a set of experimental detection system is built.Experiment results show that this method can be used to perform non-contact detection of the grinding wheel wear of the grinding machine,and the measurement range can be wide.During the whole cycle measurement,the condition of the grinding wheel surface wear can be relatively completely detected,and The linearity is less than 0.6%.The method is simple to operate and can be applied in actual production.
