摘  要:采用相关分析、通径分析和判别分析等方法对小黄鱼养殖(YZ)群体和野生(YS)群体进行了形态学比较分析。结果显示,两群体之间存在较大的形态差异,YZ群体的体质量/体长(Y/X_(2))、躯干长/体长(X_(4)/X_(2))和尾柄高/体长(X_(7)/X_(2))均显著小于YS群体(P<0.05);各性状之间相关性分析表明,躯干长(X_(4))和体高(X_(8))的相关系数在YZ群体中最低,为0.671,远小于YS群体(0.833),头长(X_(3))和尾柄长(X6)的相关系数在YS群体中最低,为0.639,远小于YZ群体(0.770);以形态性状为自变量,体质量为因变量构建两群体的多元回归方程,分别为:Y_(YZ)=-33.662+2.003 X_(1)+3.375 X_(3)+13.068 X_(7)+2.257 X_(8);Y_(YS)=-59.264+1.646 X_(1)+4.414 X_(4)+28.873 X_(7)+6.211 X_(8),对比发现两方程均含有全长(X_(1))、X_(7)和X_(8),而前者特有的自变量为X_(3),后者则特有自变量X_(4);通径分析结果显示,YZ群体中,X_(1)对体质量的直接作用最大,通径系数为0.451,而YS群体中则是X_(7)(0.338)。采用逐步判别法对两个群体进行判别分析,YZ群体的判别准确率为94.31%高于YS群体(90.28%)。综上,小黄鱼YZ群体和YS群体在形态特征上存在一定的差异,可以从形态上对2个群体进行区分。In order to investigate morphological differences between cultured and wild group of Larimichthys polyactis,morphological traits and body weight of which were measured and analyzed by the methods of correlation analysis,path analysis,and discriminant analysis.Results showed that the cultured group(YZ)was less than the wild group(YS)significantly(P<0.05)in the traits of body weight/body length(Y/X_(2)),trunk length/body length(X_(4)/X_(2)),and tail handle height/body length(X_(7)/X_(2)).The results of correlation analysis showed that the correlation coefficient of trunk length(X_(4))and body height(X_(8))was the lowest in the cultured group(0.671),and lower than that of wild group(0.833).Comparatively,the lowest correlation coefficient was head length(X_(3))and handle length(X6)in the wild group(0.639),which was also lower than that of cultured group(0.770).The multiple regression equations of the two groups were constructed by using morphological traits as independent variables and body weight as dependent variables:Y_(YZ)=-33.662+2.003 X_(1)+3.375 X_(3)+13.068 X_(7)+2.257 X_(8);Y_(YS)=-59.264+1.646 X_(1)+4.414 X_(4)+28.873 X_(7)+6.211 X_(8),the difference of the two equations was that the variable of head length(X_(3))was included in the cultured group,and the variable of trunk length(X_(4))included in the wild group.According to the path analysis results,the largest direct effect on body weight was X_(1)(0.451)in YZ,and X_(7)(0.338)in YS.Based on the discriminant analysis,the high discriminant accuracy rate(94.31%)was obtained in YZ,which was slightly higher than that of YS(90.28%).In sum,there are some differences in the morphological characteristics between YZ and YS of L.polyactis,and the two groups can be distinguished from the morphological aspects.
