带助暖杀菌功能可自动记录心率听诊器在CCU病房中的应用体会

摘　　要：目的:研究带助暖杀菌功能可自动记录心率听诊器在CCU病房中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年6月在CCU病房中接受听诊检查的患者120例,随机分为两组,各60例。对照组接受传统听诊器听诊;观察组接受带助暖杀菌功能可自动记录心率听诊器听诊。比较两组听诊效果。结果:观察组患者听诊舒适度及听诊满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组感染发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:为CCU病房中听诊检查的患者应用带助暖杀菌功能可自动记录心率听诊器,能提高患者听诊舒适度及听诊满意度,减少感染的发生。Objective:To study the application effect of the stethoscope which can automatically record the heart rate with the function of heating and sterilization in CCU ward.Methods:From January 2019 to June 2020,120 patients receiving auscultation examination in CCU ward were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 60 patients in each group.The control group received traditional stethoscope.The observation group received the stethoscope with the function of heating sterilization,which could automatically record the heart rate.The auscultation effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The comfort and satisfaction of auscultation in observation group were higher than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of infection in observation group was significantly lower than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of stethoscope with heating and sterilization function can automatically record heart rate for patients with auscultation examination in CCU ward,which can improve the comfort and satisfaction of patients with auscultation,and reduce the occurrence of infection.
