高频超声在男性乳腺疾病中的诊断及鉴别诊断价值分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨男性乳腺良恶性病变的高频超声声像图特点,以提高对疾病的诊断及鉴别诊断能力。方法:选取2015年1月-2019年5月检查并确诊的男性乳腺疾病患者67例,回顾性分析患者的高频超声声像图特征。结果:67例患者经术后病理或药物治疗后随访证实,其中乳腺发育症50例,乳腺癌4例,男性乳腺发育症合并低级别导管内癌1例,导管内乳头状瘤1例,脂肪瘤4例,表皮样囊肿3例,炎性包块4例。结论:根据男性乳腺良恶性病变不同的声像图特征、病灶与周围组织的关系、病变内部回声及血流的差异、腋窝有无肿大淋巴结等特点,高频超声对男性乳腺疾病的诊断与鉴别诊断具有重要的临床应用价值。Objective:To investigate the characteristics of high-frequency ultrasonography of benign and malignant breast lesions in men,so as to improve the ability to diagnose and differentiate the disease.Methods:From January 2015 to May 2019,67 cases of male with breast disease were enrolled,the characteristics of high-frequency ultrasonography were analyzed retrospectively.Results:67 cases were confirmed by postoperative pathology or drug therapy,there were 50 cases of male breast development,4 cases of breast cancer,1 case of male breast development with low grade intraductal carcinoma,1 case of intraductal papilloma,4 cases of lipoma,3 cases of epidermoid cyst and 4 cases of inflammatory mass.Conclusion:According to the different sonographic characteristics of male breast benign and malignant lesions,the relationship between the lesion and surrounding tissues,the difference in internal echo and blood flow of the lesion and whether there are enlarged lymph nodes in the axillary.High-frequency ultrasound has important clinical application value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of male breast diseases.
