加速康复护理在人工膝关节置换术后的应用分析

摘　　要：目的:分析加速康复护理在膝骨性关节炎关节置换术患者中的应用及对促进患者术后恢复的价值。方法:2018年1月-2019年12月收治膝骨性关节炎人工关节置换术患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。观察组实行加速康复护理;对照组实行常规护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组膝关节屈伸活动度及疼痛评分均优于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对膝骨性关节炎人工关节置换术患者的护理诊疗中采用加速康复护理,能使患者的膝关节屈伸活动度获得有效改善,减轻其疼痛感,从而进一步指导临床康复护理工作。Objective:To analyze the value of accelerated rehabilitation nursing in promoting postoperative recovery in patients with knee osteoarthritis undergoing joint replacement.Methods:From January 2018 to December 2019,60 patients with knee osteoarthritis undergoing artificial joint replacement wereselected,they randomly divided into the two groups with 30 cases in each group.The observation group used accelerated rehabilitation nursing.The control group used routine nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The knee flexion and extension range of motion and pain score of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the nursing diagnosis and treatment of knee osteoarthritis patients undergoing artificial joint replacement,accelerated rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve the range of flexion and extension of knee joint and reduce their pain,so as to further guide the clinical rehabilitation nursing work.
