社区督导治疗对缓解期支气管哮喘患者的效果及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨社区督导治疗对缓解期支气管哮喘患者的效果及安全性影响。方法:2017年9月-2019年9月收治缓解期支气管哮喘患者66例,随机分为两组,各33例。对照组采用常规治疗;观察组采用督导小组干预治疗。比较两组肺功能指标水平、哮喘缓解情况及并发症情况。结果:观察组1 s用力呼气容积(FEV_1)、(FVC)用力肺活量及FEV_1与FVC比值(FEV_1/FVC)水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组哮喘控制测试评分和哮喘控制感知力评分均高于对照组,焦虑、抑郁评分及并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:社区督导治疗对缓解期支气管哮喘患者的效果显著,能有效改善肺功能及心理状态、哮喘症状,提升临床安全性。Objective:To explore the effect and safety of community-supervised treatment on patients with bronchial asthma in remission.Methods:From September 2017 to September 2019,66 patients with bronchial asthma in remission were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment.The observation group was treated with supervision group intervention.The pulmonary function indexes,asthma remission and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The observation group's forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),and the ratio of forced expiratory volume in 1 second to forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC)levels were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group's asthma control test(ACT)score and asthma control perception score(PCA)were higher than the control group,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and depression self-rating scale(SDS)scores were lower than the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Community-supervised treatment has a significant effect on patients with bronchial asthma in remission.It can effectively improve lung function,improve psychological status and asthma symptoms,and greatly enhance clinical safety.
