摘　　要：目的:探究遵义市学龄儿童手卫生情况,并提出行为干预措施。方法:选取2018年10月-2020年8月6~12岁学龄儿童600例,调查手卫生情况;随机分为两组,各300例。对照组给予常规宣教;试验组给予家庭-学校-社会联合卫生宣教。比较两组宣教效果。结果:遵义市小学学龄儿童对手卫生的知晓率较低,依从性较差,正确率较低。主要影响因素为家长学历、手卫生知晓率、学校环境等。试验组干预后手卫生实施情况评分和手卫生知晓率评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:遵义市学龄儿童的手卫生现状较差,需临床针对具体情况应用家庭-学校-社会联合健康教育方法,进行讲座开展,加强宣传,效果显著,可有效提高儿童的手卫生认识,减少患病率。Objective:To explore the hand hygiene of school-age children in Zunyi and give behavioral intervention measures.Methods:From October 2018 to August 2020,600 school-age children aged 6~12 years were selected to investigate hand hygiene.They were randomly divided into the two groups with 300 cases in each group.The control group was given routine education.The experimental group was given family-school-society joint health education.The missionary effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The awareness rate of hand hygiene of school-age children in Zunyi primary school was low,the compliance was poor,and the correct rate was low.The main influencing factors were parents'education,awareness rate of hand hygiene,school environment and so on.After intervention,the scores of hand hygiene implementation and hand hygiene awareness rate in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The current situation of hand hygiene of school-age children in Zunyi city is poor.It is necessary to apply the family-school-society joint health education method according to the specific situation,carry out lectures and strengthen publicity,and the effect is remarkable.It can effectively improve children's awareness of hand hygiene and reduce the prevalence rate.
