摘　　要：目的:探讨对社区慢性病高血压患者采取家庭医生工作室方式药学服务管理的效果。方法:选取2018年12月-2020年8月社区慢性病高血压患者130例,随机分为两组,各65例。对照组以家庭医生工作室为主,实施疾病防治工作;干预组实施家庭医生工作室和药学服务管理措施。比较两组患者高血压疾病认知度、高血压复发情况、满意度以及生活质量评分。结果:干预组管理后高血压疾病认知度、生活质量评分、患者满意度高于对照组,高血压复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对社区慢性病高血压患者采取家庭医生工作室方式的药学服务管理,可使患者用药情况得到改善,使社区慢性病的控制率提升,进而保证社区居民的医疗效果。Objective:To explore the effect of pharmaceutical care management of community chronic hypertension patients by family doctor's studio.Methods:From December 2018 to August 2020,130 patients with chronic hypertension in the community were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 65 patients in each group.The control group was mainly family doctor's office,which carried out disease prevention and control work.The intervention group was administered with family doctor's studio and pharmaceutical care management measures.The awareness of hypertension disease,hypertension recurrence,satisfaction and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results:The awareness of hypertension disease in the intervention group was higher than the control group,and the recurrence rate of hypertension was lower than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the intervention group was higher than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Patients in the intervention group were also more satisfied than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of family doctor's studio pharmaceutical care management for community chronic hypertension patients can improve the medication situation of patients,improve the control rate of community chronic disease,and ensure the medical effect of community residents.
