摘　　要：随着我国新医改的不断深化进行,基层社区卫生服务中心门诊药房药师面临着从"保障药品供应"向"以患者为中心的药物治疗管理(MTM)"服务转型的机遇。因此,在国家大力推广社区家庭医师的制度下,家庭药师应运而生。文章以MTM为核心,探索家庭药师服务。With the deepening of the new health care reform in China,pharmacists in outpatient pharmacy of primary community health service center are facing the opportunity of transformation from"guaranteed drug supply"to"patient-centered drug treatment management(MTM)"service.Therefore,under the system of vigorously promoting community family physicians,family pharmacists have also become a new demand.Taking MTM as the core,this paper explores family pharmacist service.
