摘　　要：针对具有垃圾收集和运输的环卫专用车辆,由装备翻桶提升机构的上装安装在特定底盘上来完成桶装垃圾的上料装载功能。对其装载作业时间或速度进行理论计算分析,以确定能否满足经济使用要求;对提升机构各作业状态进行详细的受力分析,以校核计算翻桶油缸压力能否满足液压系统设定的压力。由此总结出一种翻桶提升机构液压系统校核计算的方法。For the environmental sanitation special purpose vehicle with garbage collection and transportation,the loading and loading function of barreled garbage is completed by installing the top mounted with bucket tipping lifting mechanism on the specific chassis.The theoretical calculation and analysis of the loading operation time or speed can meet the requirements of economic use;the detailed stress analysis is carried out for each working state of the lifting mechanism to check whether the drum turning cylinder pressure meets the set pressure of the hydraulic system;thus,a checking calculation method for the hydraulic system of the bucket lifting mechanism is summarized.
