摘 要:为了研究角钢开洞方向对装配式混凝土框架节点抗震性能的影响,在已有装配式梁柱节点的基础上,提出了3种新型不同开洞方向的角钢连接构件,分别为普通角钢、竖向开洞角钢和横向开洞角钢共计5组梁柱节点模型,并且采用了低周往复荷载的方法对这5组模型进行了数值模拟,从滞回曲线、骨架曲线、刚度退化、耗能能力、残余位移和螺栓应力等方面进行了对比分析。研究结果表明:随着角钢开洞面积的不断增加,角钢受力逐渐变小,螺栓的最大应力亦减小,节点处初始刚度降低,刚度退化加快,残余变形减小,相较于普通角钢,3组横向开洞角钢节点的最大承载力分别降低了2.1%、4.2%、10.3%;通过分析数据可得,横向开洞角钢对节点处极限荷载或屈服荷载有所折减,因此可以通过改变角钢开洞面积来调节节点处极限荷载的大小;而竖向开洞角钢对节点处抗震性能的影响较小。这种新型角钢连接的预应力装配式混凝土节点具有良好的抗震性能,可应用到装配式框架结构中去。In order to analyze the influence of the opening direction of angle steel on the seismic performance of prefabricated concrete frame joints,based on the existing prefabricated beam column joints,three new types of angle steel connection members with different opening directions are proposed,which are common angle steel,vertical opening angle steel and transverse opening angle steel,and five groups of beam column joint models are adopted by the method of low cycle reciprocating load.The numerical simulation of the model is carried out,and the comparative analysis is made from the hysteresis curve,skeleton curve,stiffness degradation,energy dissipation capacity,residual displacement and bolt stress.The results show that with the increase of the opening area of angle steel,the stress of angle steel becomes smaller,the maximum stress of bolt also decreases,the initial stiffness at the joint decreases,the stiffness degradation accelerates,and the residual deformation decreases.Compared with the ordinary angle steel,the maximum bearing capacity of three groups of angle steel joints with transverse opening decreases by 2.1%,4.2% and 10.3% respectively.Through the analysis of the data,it can be concluded that the angle steel with transverse opening reduced.The ultimate load can be adjusted by changing the opening area of angle steel,while the vertical opening angle steel has little influence on the seismic performance of the joint.This new type of angle steel prestressed prefabricated concrete joint has good seismic performance,so it can be applied to the fabricated frame structure.
