摘  要:通过测试不同龄期下水泥-矿渣净浆的抗压强度和采用X-衍射(XRD)与扫描电镜(SEM)等微观测试技术来研究激发剂对于磨细矿渣的作用时效和作用机理。选用氢氧化钙和硫酸钠作为激发剂,配制其最佳比例,掺量和作用时效。最终得出激发剂的最优质量比为1∶3(硫酸钠∶氢氧化钙),最优掺量为胶凝材料3%;掺入该激发剂的样品3、7、14、28 d的水泥-矿渣净浆的抗压强度较空白组分别提高了17.72%、19.9%、32.25%、19.63%;XRD和SEM进一步探明该激发剂在3 d时形成了明显的不规则的玫瑰花瓣状的AFm,矿渣颗粒附近的水化产物变多。The compressive strength of cement-slag slurry under different ages and micro-testing techniques such as X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)were used to study the aging time and activation mechanism of activators on ground slag.Calcium hydroxide and sodium sulfate were used as activators to study the optimal ratio,best dosage and its aging effect.The results finally showed that the optimal ratio ratio of the activator was 1∶3(sodium sulfate∶calcium hydroxide)and the optimal dosage was 3% of the gelling material.Compared with the blank group,the compressive strength of cement-slag slurry with the activator increased by17.72%,19.9%,32.25%,and 19.63% at 3 days,7 days,14 days,and 28 days respectively.It further proved that the activator formed obvious irregular rose petal-like AFm at 3 days,and the hydration products around the slag particles increased by XRD and SEM.
