摘  要:为进一步提升SAP混凝土的比强度,研究了不同发泡聚苯乙烯(EPS)集料取代比例(0、2%、4%、6%、8%、10%、20%)对掺入20%球形树脂(SAP)集料混凝土力学性能的影响规律。结果表明,随着EPS取代比例的增加,混凝土的密度逐渐降低,强度逐渐增大,比强度在EPS取代10%时达到最大值。对EPS与SAP复合集料混凝土的有限元分析表明,EPS集料周围出现明显的应力集中,可能发挥了诱导曲折裂缝的作用,从而延缓破坏过程,提高了混凝土的强度。In order to further enhance the specific strength of SAP concrete,the influence of different expanded polystyrene(EPS)aggregates substitution ratio(0,2%,4%,6%,10% and 20%)on the mechanical properties of concrete mixed with 20% spherical superabsorbent polymers(SAP)aggregates was studied.The results showed that,with the increase of EPS substitution ratio,the density of concrete gradually decreased,and the strength gradually increased.The concrete strength was the maximum when the EPS substitution ratio is of 10%.The finite element analysis of EPS and SAP composite aggregate concrete showed that there is obvious stress concentration around EPS aggregates,which may play the role of inducing zigzag cracks,thus delaying the destruction process and improving the strength of concrete.
