摘 要:通过XRD、TG-DSC和SEM等方法,研究硝酸锌(0.5%、1.0%、1.5%)对高铝水泥凝结时间、水化热及水化产物的影响。结果表明:0.5%的硝酸锌对高铝水泥水化有明显缓凝作用,而1.5%的硝酸锌有明显的促凝作用。高铝水泥前3 h的水化放热速率,随硝酸锌掺量的增加而增加,随时间的延长而缓慢下降。高铝水泥中添加1.5%硝酸锌后,1 d的水化产物中CAH10和C2AH8明显减少,立方粒状的C3AH6有所增多,Zn均匀的分布在疏松的水化产物表面。The effects of zinc nitrate(0.5%,1.0%,and 1.5%)on setting time,heat of hydration and mechanical properties of the high-alumina cement were studied by XRD,TG-DSC and SEM.Results showed with 0.5% zinc nitrate,the hydration and hardening of slag is delayed.With 1.5% zinc nitrate,the hydration and hardening of slag is accelerated obviously.In the first 3 h,the heat flow of slag was increased with the zinc nitrate was more added.It found that in the hydration products at 1 d of slag adding 1.5% zinc nitrate,the CAH10 and C2 AH8 significantly were significantly reduced,while the cubic granular C3 AH6 was increased.The zinc was uniform distributed on the surface of the loose hydration products.
