摘 要:使用铅锌冶炼废渣作为混合材,研究了不同掺入比对胶砂试块流动度及各龄期强度的影响。通过压汞试验,结合扫描电镜分析了掺入铅锌冶炼废渣对胶砂内部孔隙率及孔径分布的影响及微观形貌。试验结果表明:随着铅锌冶炼废渣掺量的增加,胶砂试块各龄期强度逐渐下降,但在掺量为30%时,胶砂28 d抗压强度为46.8 MPa,与对照组基本持平,掺量不超过30%时,28 d抗压强度超过了对照组,压汞试验表明掺入铅锌冶炼废渣可以减小水泥浆体最可几孔径大小和孔隙率,使胶砂整体结构更加密实。扫描电镜结果表明铅锌冶炼废渣水化产物形成相互搭接的空间网络结构,填充了水泥浆体的孔隙。The influence of different ratio of lead and zinc smelting waste slag on flowability and strength of mortar was studied.The influence of lead and zinc smelting waste slag on the porosity and pore size distribution of the mortar was analyzed by mercury injection test and SEM.The results show that with the increase of the content of lead and zinc smelting waste slag,the strength of the mortar samples decreases gradually,but when the content of lead and zinc smelting waste slag is 30%,the compressive strength of the mortar is 46.8 MPa for 28 days,which is basically the same as that of the control group,when the content of the mortar is not more than 30%,28 d compressive strength is higher than that of the Control Group.Mercury injection test shows that mixing lead and zinc smelting waste can reduce the most probable pore size and porosity of cement paste,and make the whole structure of cement mortar more compact.The results of SEM showed that the hydration products of lead-zinc smelter slag formed a space network structure which overlapped each other and filled the pores of cement paste.
