摘  要:随着装配式建筑的发展,预制混凝土构件在建筑行业中发挥着越来越重要的作用。采用离散元的方法,建立了混凝土模型并将其简化成粒径不同的3种模型颗粒,运用三维颗粒流分析软件仿真混凝土的振动成型过程,通过孔隙率的变化趋势来研究钢筋骨架在预制混凝土构件振动成型过程中对振动密实的影响。试验结果表明:钢筋骨架可以增强激振力的振导,对预制混凝土构件的振动密实及成型有着积极的促进作用。With the development of prefabricated buildings,precast concrete components are playing an increasingly important role in the construction industry.The discrete element method is used to establish a concrete model and simplify it into three model particles with different particle sizes.The three-dimensional particle flow simulation software is used to simulate the vibration forming process of concrete.The change in porosity is used to study the prefabrication of the steel skeleton.Influence of vibration compaction of concrete members during vibration forming.The experimental results show that the reinforced steel skeleton can enhance the transmission of excitation force,and has a positive effect on the vibration compaction and forming of precast concrete members.
