摘 要:为研究预应力加筋碳纤维板(SCFRP)在实际加固工程中的应用情况,选用受损的混凝土梁和完好的试验梁分别进行加载,分析加固后损伤混凝土梁和无损混凝土梁的承载能力特性,并与普通预应力碳板加固梁进行对比。通过试验研究发现,预应力加筋碳纤维板加固受损混凝土梁能有效封闭梁的裂缝,提高梁的承载能力,在屈服荷载后期,梁的变形能力大,延性性能较好,碳纤维板的利用效率高。和普通预应力碳纤维板加固相比,预应力加筋碳纤维板加固效果优势明显,锚固可靠,值得在实际加固工程中大力推广使用。For studying the prestressed reinforced carbon fiber board(SCFRP)in the actual application of the reinforcement engineering,it selects the damaged concrete beam and intact test beam respectively to load,the bearing capacity characteristics of the damaged concrete beam and non-destructive concrete beam after reinforcement are analyzed and compared with the ordinary prestressed carbon plate reinforced beam.The experimental results show that the prestressed reinforced carbon fiber plate can effectively close the cracks of the damaged concrete beam and improve the bearing capacity of the beam.At the later stage of yield load,the deformation capacity of the beam is large,the ductility performance is good,and the utilization efficiency of the carbon fiber plate is high.Compared with the ordinary prestressed carbon fiber plate reinforcement,the prestressed reinforced carbon fiber plate reinforcement effect is obviously superior,the anchorage is reliable,and it is worth popularizing in the actual reinforcement project.
