摘　　要：目的探讨脑深部电极植入术(DBS)治疗Meige综合征的患者筛选及疗效。方法回顾性研究新疆医科大学第一附属医院神经外科自2016年1月至2020年6月行不同靶点DBS治疗的6例Meige综合征患者的临床资料,应用肌张力障碍运动评定量表(BFMDRS)评估治疗效果。结果6例单纯眼睑痉挛和(或)口角抽搐的患者术后BFMDRS运动症状评分均改善率均大于60%,均未出现颅内血肿、电极断裂等重大并发症,复查复查头部CT电极均位于靶点内。结论双侧DBS对于Meige综合征的治疗安全有效。Objective To investigate the selection and efficacy of deep brain stimulation(DBS)in the treatment of Meige syndrome.Methods The clinical data of 6 patients with Meige syndrome who underwent DBS therapy with different targets in the Neurosurgery Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2016 to June 2020 were retrospectively studied.The dystonia motor rating scale(BFMDRS)was used to evaluate the therapeutic effect.Results The improvement rates of BFMDRS motor symptom scores in 6 patients with simple blepharospasm and(or)corner of mouth convulsion were all more than 60%.There were no major complications such as intracranial hematoma and electrode rupture.The CT electrodes of the head were located in the target.Conclusion Bilateral DBS is safe and effective for the treatment of Meige syndrome.
