摘  要:以某典型城市垃圾焚烧发电厂的次高温次高压余热锅炉(6.4 MPa/485℃)为研究对象,收集整理了该项目从2019年8月份到2020年4月份期间余热锅炉设备的运行数据。分析了余热锅炉过热器入口烟气温度随运行时间和锅炉负荷的变化情况。研究结果表明:在同等热负荷的前提下,随着余热锅炉运行时间增加,锅炉的高温过热器和中温过热器入口烟温逐步提高;在70%~110%不同负荷运行条件下,过热器入口烟温随负荷增加上升;锅炉设计的一、二级减温喷水量随运行时间增加也呈现递增的趋势,与锅炉热面超温的现象关联性明显。The sub-high temperature and sub-high pressure waste heat boiler(6.4 MPa/485℃)of a typical waste to energy facilities plant was taken as the research object,and the operation data of waste heat boiler equipment in the operation cycle of the newly built project from August 2019 to April 2020 was collected.The variation of flue gas temperature in superheater inlet of waste heat boiler with running time and boiler load was analyzed.The results show that under the same heat load,with the increase of the running time of the waste heat boiler,the smoke temperature at the inlet of the high temperature superheater and the medium temperature superheater increases gradually.The flue gas temperature at the superheater inlet also rises with the increase of load under the operation condition of 70%~110%different load.With the increase of the running time,cooling water flow rate in first and second stage also presents an increasing trend,which is obviously correlated with the phenomenon of boiler hot surface overtemperature.
