摘　　要：针对某型号装备供电系统配电器产品轻量化、小型化设计需求,提出了以DSP为控制核心进行集中控制与数据采集,以多路MOS功率开关器件进行隔离控制的多通道SSPC固态配电解决方案。重点论述了该配电器主要电路模块、缓开通和缓关断技术、反时限保护技术的实现方式。通过工程应用,该配电器能够通过CAN总线控制方式实现负载通道控制、电流电压监测、开关状态检测,并实现短路保护、过流保护等功能,可满足型号装备对智能配电的需求。According to the requirements of lightweight and miniaturization design of power distribution equipment,a multi-channel SSPC solid-state power distribution solution was proposed,which uses DSP as the control core for centralized control and data acquisition,and multi-channel MOS power switching devices for isolation control.The main circuit modules,slow turn-on and slow turn-off technology and inverse time protection technology were discussed.Through the CAN bus,it can realize the functions of short-circuit protection,over-current protection and load control.
