摘 要:为了解决全自动列车无司机进行升降弓控制操作问题,基于城市轨道交通全自动无人驾驶地铁列车特点,提出了适用于网络系统正常、网络系统故障以及总风气压过低时通过辅助压缩机应急升弓3种不同工况下的气动受电弓全自动控制电路设计,并对受电弓自动控制自检流程进行了详细地论述。该电路从根本上实现了受电弓全自动升降弓控制,而且该控制方案采用冗余的列车网络系统控制代替传统的硬线控制,大大地节省了成本,提高了系统的可靠性,为全自动无人驾驶地铁列车受电弓控制提供设计参考。In order to solve the problem of unattended trains without a driver for controlling the pantograph of raising and lowering,the design of fully automatic control circuit for pneumatic pantograph suitable for three different working conditions were proposed when the network system was normal,the network system was faulty,and the total air pressure was too low through auxiliary compressor raising pantograph in emergency.And the automatic control process of self-checking pantograph was described in detail,based on the the characteristics of the urban rail transit unattended train operation on metro train.The circuit fundamentally realizes the fully automatic lifting and lowering of the pantograph.In addition,the control scheme uses redundant train network system control instead of traditional hard-wire control,which greatly saves costs,improves the reliability of the system,and provides some reference for the design of pantograph control of unattended train operation on metro train.
