摘 要:为了对电磁声数据进行采集,设计了基于EPP模式的采集系统。介绍了增强型并口(EPP)工作方式的特点,并根据电磁声数据采集的需求,设计了LabVIEW环境下以EPP并口作为外设和主机接口的电磁声数据采集方案。PC通过直接端口操作产生EPP读写时序,配合外部FIFO和握手电路,完成地址的写出与数据的读入。将此方案用于电磁声数据的实时采集,通过EPP用5 MHz的采样频率成功地采集到了1 MHz的电磁声裂纹检测系统发射电路的激励脉冲串。结果表明,该方案能够对电磁声信号进行实时地波形显示和数据存储。In order to collect electromagnetic acoustic data,an acquisition system based on EPP Mode was designed.The characteristics of working mode of enhanced parallel port were introduced.According to the requirement of electromagnetic acoustic data acquisition,a scheme of electromagnetic acoustic data acquisition with EPP parallel port as the interface between peripheral and host was designed.PC generates EPP reading and writing time sequence through direct port operation.It cooperates with external FIFO and handshake circuit to complete address writing and data reading.The scheme was applied to the real-time acquisition of electromagnetic acoustic data.Through EPP,1 MHz excitation pulse train of transmitting circuit of electromagnetic acoustic crack detection system was collected successfully at 5 MHz sampling frequency.The results show that the scheme can display the real-time waveform and store the data of the electromagnetic acoustic signal.
